Good serverside spam filter per user on DA?

I do respect Joe's descision removing the serverwide / all domain spam filters on the DA servers.

However I would like to have a server side spam filter per mailbox on my domains hosted here. Anybody experience installing server spam filters on a virtual hosting account on a DA server? (without having shell access....)

Spambayes is one of the adviced solutions in one of the other threads so I read through the spambayes docs. It can work serverside but as far as I worked it out I need shell access and need to hook in through procmail and I'm not sure if that can be done on DA.
Anybody tried this?

I know Joe's hands are full today.... moving servers...

How about a serverside spam filter that just does marking of spam using x-headers and leave the spam filtering to the users? Or at most a user config file that decides when to remove marked spam?
