spoofing

I've been getting some "undeliverable" e-mails lately to e-mails that I didn't send. What can we do to fight being spoofed? I don't want to get black-listed. Any suggestions?

Some of those "undeliverables" right now are viruses going around. So they have attachments? *** IF THEY DO, DO NOT RUN THEM!!! ***

Check out the headers on the emails and it will probably tell you who it is really coming from and you can help them clean up the virus (probably SWEN or one of its variants)

It is a problem everywhere. I'm not getting them at any of my 4 hostpc sites, but at my ISP email address. As ozee suggested, just delete them.
