hi everyone here and everyone at hostpc.

my site has been down for awhile now due to hostpc transition/changing hardware. however, i have setup a new account with hostpc, and changed my dns to that of my new account via my registra. it has been a day now, and my registra confirmed the dns changed, but my site is still down. i have upload my site to the new account. i'm curious what is the directory i suppose to upload my site to on my account/ftp. my site is www.nailsbylinda.com. would you please help? thank you

FWIW, I use registerfly and I've found that sometimes DNS changes made in their system don't "take" the first time you make them. Regfly's unresponsiveness is particularly pronounced when using their bulk-change capability on multiple domains. That almost never works for me when making DNS changes.

It is almost always necessary to go recheck that the change was made after making a DNS change at Registerfly. :(

Do they use some sort of internal interface? They're an enom reseller like us, it should be fairly simple to make these changes directly...

Weird. Wonder if this has ever been reported to Enom.

you guys are cool. i just tried with registerfly one more time. i guess the best compliment that i could make for hostpc is by refering hostpc to other ppl. thanks

Joe- My experience with resellers is not vast, but I'm pretty sure regfly has their own interface. They have several value-added features like contact cloaking and DNS presets that they claim are unique.
