Just a quick note.

Quotas WORK on DA, when they didn't work on Ensim. We get a detailed report daily of people going over their bandwidth and disk usage quotas.

At the end of the month, we'll take that report and run our billing script against it - you may get a bill at the end of any month if your bandwidth or disk space exceed your plan quotas.

If you're getting close to your quotas - it may be time to upgrade, or add on some disk space. Extra diskspace can be added here: http://www.hostpc.com/extras.html

If you're consistently over bandwidth, you might want to upgrade to the next level package, or add another "sale" package, if it's available at the time you order. We'll stack them together to make one bigger account.

Hi Joe. I'm a new member to HostPc's services thanks to your wonderful sale this weekend and I just have a quick question about your post. I noticed when I log into DA and check the stats I see this at the bottom:

Suspend at Limit ON

Wouldn't this setting prevent me from going over my limit?

This is on by default for some accounts. IF you open a support ticket, we can remove it. It was set so you'd get a "reminder" if you go over your limits. If you want to avoid increased costs, leave it on - if you'd rather not be "suspended at limits" - we can remove it - just let us know.
