Backing Up And Restoring Invision Board

Hi,

How do i backup and restore the invisionboard database that used to run on Ensim and now on DA? I backedup the the structure and the data from phpmyadmin on Ensim

However, when i try to create a new database in DA, reupload the strucutre and then try to access the DB i created, i keep getting a username/password failure even tho i just set up the password and i'm sure i've typed it in correctly?

And once i figure that out, do i just reupload the whole folder from my old Ensim server and then somehow retie in the database?

Sammy, the databases will have different names (and usernames). I think I made a post about this somewhere else ... search the forum.

The way I've restored phpbb(which I assume is fairly similiar to invision) is to do the following.

Create new db.
Install phpbb as if I want to do a normal fresh install.
Once it's all set, login to mysql, switch to the new db, and upload the sql backup.
