I noticed that I am listed as having 4 virtual domains. Not to be stupid, but what is a virtual domain?

You can picture a virtual domain as a "slot" - you can put up to 4 fully qualified domain names (yourname.com - yourothername.com, etc.) on your accout - as separate domains, each with their own content and space - so long as they don't exceed the maximum quotas for your entire account

Hope that helps

Ok... First ... Incredible service. I am awed.

Second. I just added a second domain registered through you (pietrzak.us) and I was trying to figure out how to do the virtual domain thing. Can you briefly outline the steps?

Thanks.

Tom

This step by step guide should help:

http://site-helper.com/misc.html#domains

The whole Site-Helper (http://www.site-helper.com) site is really a great asset... check it out when you've got some free time!

Just go to your control panel and poke around. There should be a place there for adding domains to your account.

I hope i did this right.

I have a domain name of abair.net and everything works great.

I went in on this venture with cel and each of us paying half for a business account.

Cel wanted a domain name so cel logged onto the domain purchase part of host pc and bought schenectadycel.net

Today I went into my admin and added it to my list of domains.

Now we wait and see.

That's how I've understood it to work. Make sure you upload some pages so that once the DNS has propagated you'll actually get pages and not errors.
