Obtaining Ensim License File

I signed up in September and am just now getting around to setting up my site. Ensim Webpliance asks for a license file, which I don't have to my knowledge.

How do I get one? All I've received from hostpc is a username (admin), a password (which I chose when I signed up) and a domain (which I currently own and host elsewhere).

Hi Paul,

Can you open a helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.hostpc.com with all the details? You might be one of the couple of domains that hasn't moved from Ensim to DirectAdmin.

Include your domain name, and any other information (payment receipt if you have it) that will help us track down your acct.
