gallery file uploading problem

I cannot for the life of me get a photo to upload to galery on any of the domains im running. Is there some trick I should know or is it just not possible?

Make sure you have the Jhead program and directory chmod 755
ditto with NetPBM directory.. and 777 for album directory.

I finally got it working.. Never did find out what Image::Magick server path was.. I used /usr/local/bin/
