This is in reference to Nick's posts about DNS mucking... "...Saying that we have added a $10 fee for having to fix DNS. DNS is set correctly for the site to work when the site is created. Messing with those settings and having to have support intervention will now cost..."

The topic was locked so i thought I'd repost here...

I understand it is a pain in the arse to fix these types of problems and fully agree with Nick and Joe that it is not any of their responsibilities to fix.

I hope that my next question doesn't offend, as the implemented $10 fee is a convience charge rather than a "service fee"...

Can we post to the forums or the help guides that we have/had on the default settings of DNS so that fiddlers can have a resource to "default" back to? Basically a way to bail themselves out incase they didn't write down the defaults or whatever...

I didn't post the how-to or the defaults i have, and I ask that others don't either, until JOe or Nick or the intern (sorry i forgot your name...) saying it is within policy...
