I am looking to get the medium or large reseller package, but I want to know what the details on this package, cgi-access, php, subdomains, e-mail address, and basically how much of this will I have to offer people who order from me...?

CGI and PHP are on for all accounts that you specify them on for... you do that through your reseller control panel
