Www. And Subdomains

How do I make www.domain.com the same as domain.com? Do I setup a subdomain? How do I point both to the same place?

Right now, only domain.com works. www. doesn't work.

thats usually a propogation issue... 24-72 hours for everything to be completed, and it should be fine. If it's been significantly longer than that, let us know via the helpdesk.

itsawrapdallas.com works but www.itswrapdallas.com doesn't.

It appears that you modified your dns entries and added a pointer - and when you did that, you erased the www entry.

I've re-added it, it'll take a couple hours to be effective.
