How long, (after i order through the website) will it take to get started and put up my webpage. Basically if I bought the hosting today, could i have a website up by tonite?

You'll get a welcome e-mail minutes after the order is completed... to change DNS for your existing domain, or a newly registered domain may take 24-72 hours.

How long does the welcome email take? After I paid through paypal it brought me to a page back on your site that didn't appear to load.

Welcome email should come fairly quickly (within 30 minutes)... if you don't get it, open a helpdesk ticket with a copy of your receipt and we'll get you another copy.
