Php/cgi Upload Limits?

I was wondering what the limits on you all's server is for php or cgi based uploads? I want users to be able to upload files via http that are between 10-50mb at times. Most servers have their php cap at 2mb, and I'm not sure on perl...

32mb through CGI I'm assuming? That's totally fine though! I'll sign up after work today! And to think, I just paid e-rice an extra 40 bucks to up my storage and bandwidth, arghhh....
